How to Return a Product:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Securely pack the product and send it back to us.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or damaged.
• Products that are missing parts or accessories.
• Products purchased on sale or clearance.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
• If you paid via bank transfer or any other local payment method in Pakistan, the refund will be sent to your account.
